Bookings & Payment
Full payment is due on or before the day of your session. Your booking is confirmed once your session date and time have been agreed upon. Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes!

A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the scheduled event.
Your date is not officially booked until the retainer has been received.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your session, please let me know as soon as possible! If you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.

Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible! I’ll check my schedule for the next available date and communicate with you to find a new date that works for both of us.
Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions, if weather conditions make the session unsafe or unsuitable, we can reschedule based on availability. I will communicate with you as soon as possible if the weather becomes a concern. Light clouds or minor weather changes will not automatically require rescheduling.
Photo & Video Delivery Policy
Edited photos and videos will be delivered digitally within 1-2 weeks for photos and 3-4 weeks for video. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of session or event. Unedited photos and raw video footage are not included unless agreed upon in advance.
Galleries & Downloads
Your photos and videos will be delivered through a download link. Please download and back up your files once they are delivered, as galleries may not be available forever.
